I just completed the FREE on-line Beginner's Intro to REI course (under Education drop down - Free Course). Brandon does a great job at laying down a comprehensive foundation from A-Z on the key concepts needed to succeed in this industry. Many of the questions I've been asking are covered in the course and it's given me a clear understanding of the initial steps on which to focus.
