You are right, I did a deep dive on their site and found nothing except that their past financing program was now defunct.

Hi BP community,I have recently been attending REI meetings and diving into all things RE.

I would have a seasoned mortgage banker run some numbers for you and take a deeper look into what your tax returns look like. 

The reason I'm asking is because I'll be moving across the country in two weeks (NY to Southern Texas) and I have options available to me as far as jobs are concerned, and if there a better place for me to start than another, I'd like to know before I dive in!

How can I dig deeper (beyond just working w/ the title co) to find out exactly how delinquent my seller is on each property?

@Ned Carey     This is the article I was referring to above ( I think) but now looking at it does look a bit dated ( 5 years old) As a "Buy and Hold" investor I don't  really keep up with this any deeper than a "good to know" info.     

I'm a newbie to the wholesale side of Real Estate and I'm ready to dive deep into the marathon.
