They quoted me 30 year fixed rate of 6.86% payments of $1,157 with closing costs of $1,950 2 points each property depending on if i do all of my properties take .5% off refi at 80% LTV.Any thoughts questions comments or concerns??????????

I can still help those like in the example but they can't expect a headache return of SFR in the teens and then drop just 2 to 3% down on cash on cash and land some jewel passive commercial property.I also wish those not well versed in a specific asset class would not make sweeping comments.
