My advice is to think about everything that could possibly be involved with building/operating a tiny house village and investigate costs, rules, regs, etc.

Personally I wish I had gone to trade school for plumbing or auto mechanic- the first option would have great benefits for me being that I rehab properties.

I understand most PM solutions want nothing to do with sensitive data like financial docs, but perhaps an option that encrypts the data on upload, then auto-deletes off the host system (similar to the way many handle credit reports) would be sufficient.

What is in mind is not just about the method but what tool makes payment very hard to miss.For instance, my cellphone bill is on auto pay, I will never miss it.

You set up auto responses, use software management for air BNB, and learn to delegate more things to your team.

Then i just create gmail filters to filter out the emails that don't meet the requirements and auto respond with a rejection.

With an auto-payment it's "he said-she said".

We've had situations where tenants have setup auto-pay with their previous landlords and rent was sent to them and not us.
