They travel too, the last install for a client from them was in Apopka. 

Consider subdividing the units and renting out rooms to either students or rentals, or just traveling employees (nurses, contractors, etc.)Good Luck!

Since I currently reside in KC, I’ve witnessed firsthand the amount of travelers to our “little big city”.

On the other hand if you're 99% confident in your tenant's ability to not overreact to minor issues and that they won't spam you, then by all means give them your personal number!

I also don't have much time to travel to another state to physically look at a property before making a decision on whether or not to buy it.  

I believe once I get to that point I will be able to step back into a part-time role with my day job and focus more of my time and energy into working on building a company.My long-term goal is to be receiving $10K/month in passive income by constructing a REI company that allows me to travel and spend more time with my friends and family. 

I've traveled all over and lived in multiple states and have been very happy with settling down in the DFW area.
