So, should I take the usual route and go to college and study business, or accounting, or medicine, or something else I don't really care about in order to get a moderate-paying job, go out to the suburbs and get a cute little house and get a 9 to 5 job doing crap I don't care about, then come home and watch tv and go to sleep, then wake up the next morning and do it all over again?

The overall gist of what I was reading seemed to point to the concept that patience is key and that even small sums of money lead to very large profits after many years when properly invested.I'm debating whether I should study Real Estate Investment or the stocks.

At the moment,I could care less about making millions,all I care about is making my first several 10k's,it's like I'm relying on life support.For like several months,I've been studying book after book,trying to put a deal together,and when one deal is like in my grasp then it slips away.We end up meeting,they tell they want to think about it,then end up not calling me afterwards.
