It sounds like you're selling the inventory for the owner company as a listing specialist, not being a buyer's specialist.In my market with the teams I'm familiar with, a buyer specialist takes buyer leads from a rainmaker and the takes them out, finds them a house, and closes them for a commission split with the rainmaker.A listing specialist would handle inventory already under a listing contract with the rainmaker by marketing it and selling it.
