You want to see something that has low or no seasoning for a cash out refi or that may require low amount of documents.What is your draw fee & benchmarks for the repairs portion of the borrowed money?

When reading through the proposition before I misread the exclusion for agricultural land to mean there was an exception for farmers, when in reality agricultural property (machinery, storage facilities, etc.) would still be subject to the tax increase, which would end up being substantial.
