Ok, you have a clause and as a new owner you are going to immediately serve notice of eviction - how do you think that is going to go over on a person-to-person basis?

We lived in that house for almost 30 years prior to returning it to a rental property and we've NEVER had cockroaches of any kind.I'm wondering if they might have come in on some of her moving boxes.Regardless, we have a pest control contract in place, and I've already contacted my technician.Should we be worried about this tenant, or am I just over-reacting? 

AND I did the thing we all read about, as far as getting multiple quotes for insurance and everything, went to move forward with the best one, State Farm, and we find out that we can’t get a policy due to having made a personal articles claim less than three years ago (was probably almost 3 years ago.)Now this was my business partners who made that claim.

So maybe now less sales get done.Maybe the big boy brokerages go all in house, so don't pay a buyer's agent. 

I have checked and the only way to get them is to go to the court house and access a computer they have set up!
