Looking to follow a fix and flip investor

Hey guys!

Determined to buy a house to fix and flip and looking to find someone I can connect with to maybe show me the ropes! Willing to work as an extra hand or anything like that for a house flipper with experience to kind of get that hands on learning that I need! I've been listening to hours of podcasts and read as much as I can since the beginning of the year and would love to see it all in action.

if anyone knows someone looking for some extra help, I'm super eager to learn!

I wouldn't start on the Internet for that because people can be creepy. Cleveland has a lot of good in-person real estate investor meetups. If you go to one of those as often as possible, your person will appear through honest networking and relationship building.
