If you're not converting those terms properly, then there is either a problem with your website that needs to be addressed, or the actual intent (not your perceived intent) of those terms, don't match what you're offering.

@Nnena O. there aren't really a ton of run down condos to flip in Pittsburgh, so any condo that you could buy to flip would have a pretty thin margin.Here's an anecdote: http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2013/03/21/police-f...about two years ago a guy intentionally blew up his condo, committing suicide.
