If you're not converting those terms properly, then there is either a problem with your website that needs to be addressed, or the actual intent (not your perceived intent) of those terms, don't match what you're offering.

It is hard to help you work this out not knowing what your intentions are.

Did you purchase and rehab with intentions of flipping or holding?

Station" was used to refer to you rôle in service to your industry/employer ... dans le sens de votre station/place/rôle dans l'organization ... no intent to be condescending. 

@Nnena O. there aren't really a ton of run down condos to flip in Pittsburgh, so any condo that you could buy to flip would have a pretty thin margin.Here's an anecdote: http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2013/03/21/police-f...about two years ago a guy intentionally blew up his condo, committing suicide.  

If they pay promptly and are late a third time they go on my "to be evicted list".Nothing worse than a tenant that intentionally violates their lease making more work for me.

I understand what your saying, but I think you misunderstand my long term intentions.

If damage was done and it's obvious how or intent then charge them.

I believe the intention of any of the 'rules' is based on actual/attainable numbers AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
