Hi all, I was reading some articles from Brendan Turner about buying right - how he looks to buy property at 70/80% of the valueIf you follow this rule, what are some rules of thumb you use to identify these opportunities? 

Also is there a search tool for the forums.

Current Situation: I have identified a 3 family in New Jersey where I have planned to use an FHA loan I am pre-approved for.

In searching for ground rents for sale, I have only found a few listing for older auctions that included some ground rent bundles.   

Keep looking until you find a brokerage/website that has hundreds of positive reviews--they are out there, it just takes some effort.When you find a company, use search terms "[company name] reviews."

I found a few pockets in the rust belt kept popping up where I searched for the best places in live and work.

I suggest searching through the blogs on BP.
