(Not a review, not familiar with this company).I'd also worry they would just disappear one day and now I have a bunch of tenants with no security deposit on the books and now I have more risk.I'd also be worried that tenants who don't have any "skin in the game" would be less careful, abuse the property more, and leave it a mess when they leave.

They're going to get skinned on repairs & maintenance, they're going to have to compete with you and me, on our own turf for tenants - the difference is, It's my money on the line, versus paid help managing the funds money.

They removed the background, whitened the teeth and evened out the skin tones (on my HUGE forehead).I also used fiverr to have a 3D box image made for an information product I wrote (not related to real estate).I also have a couple of fiverr people saved for future book cover design and facebook cover photo designs for Facebook business pages.

My gut reaction is PML/HML loans frequently are hidden for a logical (almost said good) reason;  Banks what the buyer to have 'skin in the  game', aka no 100% financing.
