Wholesaling Market Size

Hello to all-

I have been a BP member for almost a year now, but this is my first question to pose (mainly been lurking). My question is simple, i hope. Supposing you want to make between 80-100k wholesaling, what is generally the smallest market you can work in? We have "twin cities" that have a total population of 65k with about another 90k that live in surrounding areas. So, is a population around 155k enough to really do some damage wholesaling or should i look to do it in another market? Thanks!
