How much is typical monthly landscaping, insurance,HOA fees (if any), etc?

I learned the hard way, for example(s) - laminate floor buckled due to no expansion room under moulding and roof leaked due to poor flashing. 

The fines are in regard to landscaping which isn't an issue once it gets cold there.

I’ve done everything from restoration and remodeling to owning a landscaping business, electricians apprentice and staging manufactured homes for fleet wood but never investing until now.

This is a bank owned foreclosed property that I purchased which will be receiving a full rehab from full interior and appliances to landscaping.

Can you please give me general amounts for insurance, sewer, garbage, landscaping in Winter Garden for SFH and duplex/triplex/fourplex? 

I would also like to volunteer my time to help fellow Houston local BPer’s on weekends to; paint your house, paint your cabinets, mow your yard, helping with landscaping, pressure wash your driveway, stage your home, etc…two free helping hands is all yours.

Minimal landscaping was done.

There truly is never a dull moment here plus the landscape changes drastically depending on what part of town you're in.

We redid the kitchen, flooring, finished out the basement, worked on the landscaping...etc.
