Hello bp Hello bp I currently reside In Kelso, wa. And new to real estate investing. I found bp after about a year of reading all kinds of financial books. I absolutely love self-help books. I stongley beliebe there is always something to be learned in every situation and conversation. I recently got into investing first reading rich dad poor dad and tony Robbins and so on when I came across real estate. It was life changing from that point forward. I wasn’t hooked! I knew exactly what I was going to do! So I have been reading everything i can get my hands on and literally live on bp, lol I just recent acquired a 3bed 2bath single family home in Long Beach, Washington I’m currently just doing a minor facelift on because it all it really needs. What to do next though I’m still researching due to some extenuating circumstances. Like I said before I’m brand new to real estate investing. I’ve done everything from restoration and remodeling to owning a landscaping business, electricians apprentice and staging manufactured homes for fleet wood but never investing until now. I have a family 2 boys and a girl ages 1, 4, and 8. My 4 year old boy is considered “disabled” so they say, born with epilepsy. It’s been a long road more so for him in and out of hospitals his whole life being told he would be able to do this and that but he’s a fighter and I’ve always taught them failure is not an option, it’s a learning experience and by the grace of god and his willingness and perseverance he has overcome all that we were told he wouldn’t. Same applies here for me failure isn’t an option. I want to become an REI for my family to be able to always be there physically for my children not punching a clock doing shift work at a paper mill my entire life. I’m a fast learner an extremely good listener and always willing to learn. So any advice, recommendations, or tasks anyone has for me to further my goals and education as a REI I will follow. I’m extremely dedicated and driven and I won’t stop till I get to where I want to be and then on to the next goal. This site is absolutely amazing and I’m extremely grateful for all the time and information everyone contributes. Thank you for the opportunity to share an introduce myself and to those who took the time to read my introduction and I thank you in advance for any and all input. Sincerely, Phillip Garcia
