What type of contract or document should we sign?

Not necessarily a contractor but a handyman would help, if anyone knows one please connect me!

Any recommendations on contractors with investing experience / mindset and a property management company that returns your calls? 

I think i might start networking as well to find good property managers, and contractors.  

I buy using a commercial loan for SFH from a local credit union which allows 20% down on purchase and cover 100% of repairs per contractors quote.  

I'm a little bit confused about the process of going through the MassSave program in a multifamily rental property in which none of the utilities are actually in my name - I was told that setting it up with the electric account number for one of the tenants is the simplest solution, but I'd prefer not to have to go through them to get it all done.

I am currently looking at investment properties on the west side, and hoping for recommendations for builders/contractors and realtors in Cleveland.

My sister is having work done on her house and her contractor is demanding more money out of her after they’ve already signed a contract and now she’s stuck in her new house with almost nothing no kitchen, no running water from her sink no working shower and more.

Make a referral to a contractor you know, or volunteer to stuff envelopes or answer the phone.

The remodel would include structural, electrical, etc. for both rooms and adding a bathroom that does not currently exist.
