of volatile and mediocre stock returns -yes speculation....Finally I doubt we will go past a max of 2 USA rental properties and one primary home. 

The company that owned that lot paid me to mow it while I mowed mine but I doubt that I'd start my own larger scale lawn care business.  

Doubt anyone will be paying the property taxes.

Forsyth county is still relatively rural so I doubt it would be hard to pull up some sales of land recently.

I started reading books listening to podcast (of course Bigger Pockets) and I went down the rabbit hole in this real estate world and  without a doubt love it.

Account Closed I have no doubt that it was in the sellers best interest as this time of thing happens all the time but it doesn't set someone up for sucess when they are trying to get convetional finanince.

No doubt RE can go in 30 year cycles.  

There probably the most well respected turnkey company in the country so doubt you can go wrong with them.

Also factor for lawn or snow removal since its a triplex I doubt you will be able to put that on tenants.

Also remember that cement wicks moisture and cold into the new living space.
