finding heir of property owner who passed(so I can buy)

A property neighboring a parcel I own, owner passed away. She has a son I’ve been told. No one, including her family knows how to get ahold of him. Any advice on how to track him down. I don’t know his name. I have her name. Sounds like he’s across the country, not interested in this property. Doubt anyone will be paying the property taxes. Advice how to contact and buy the property. Thanks
