Can you really mitigate this in any way with your documents and wording?

Anthony,The Condo documents (Association Bylaws) and your state laws/regs. will determine what parts of the building you own as the unit owner. 

Might need a lawyer to draft that document.

My question is, do we have to file paperwork to register the partnership, or can we just document on a partnership agreement and file our respective share on our taxes?
