Our current investments have been in San Diego and got lucky with appreciation and rental rates, but we realize that we need to explore out of California for an investment to make sense.

I currently have a full time remote job and full time RV with my wife and two of my kids.

Currently, I manage three villas for rent.

I am currently in the process of listening to every Bigger Pockets podcast in order. 

If you are satisfied with the current state of that investment, no need to sell just because you heard it on a podcast. 

More interestingly, a current tenant has a direct relationship with the owner and is close friends with my Client.

Currently wholesaling but mainly looking to wholetail.......raise capital.....and I do some small lending 

We (me, my wife, and our small child) are currently living in an apartment, so moving into a duplex wouldn't be much of a change for us.
