We work with many groups, hedge funds, banks etc.... and find that Roofstock is transparent, does all the leg work up front, title, inspections, renters in place, lease in place, immediate cash flow at closing, vetted Property Managers, provide financing, savings on commissions!!!

Once that is done, then you close.The leg work you have to do is with the contractors, meeting with them, going over the house and gathering all the estimates and information.
