Learning about Tax Liens

Hi, I am a new member. I own two properties that I rent and I have learned some lessons along the way while managing them.

Lately I have been reading up on Tax Lien Auctions - since I live near NJ. I was thinking I could maybe do some leg work for a knowledgeable Tax Lien investor in exchange for some information about the Lien process. Take pictures and do research for a small fee in addition to the mentoring maybe.

Anyway, that's my story, looking forward to learning and hopefully I can help some newbie landlords along the way as well and share. Thanks for reading! - Steve
