I watched a house "disappear" a couple of weeks ago (like, at 10:00 the house was there & at 2:00 there was nothing but a graded lot) & all the owner did was stand there & jaw with his buddies.

Me and a couple buddies did a little research and showed up ready to win.

My buddy bought his course and never opened half the package.

. :) So my "man shower" has gotten me and my roomate by during the BR gut and rehab. 3rd - my roomate is a buddy and understanding, and put up with all the plaster and sheet rock dust for the few weeks it took to do the bathroom on nights and weekends.

In the same time my buddy has been working on a deal to buy two single family homes.

@Stephanie Moran if this guy is playing dirty and harassing you, and he's some unlicensed handyman who doesn't really care about your formal, legal approach.... maybe send a scary buddy of yours over to give him a good shake up? 

FYI..A buddy of mine has mentioned to me that apartments.com gave his tenant some payment issues.
