Should I put a for sale sign up to attract the people around the neighborhood to lock something in before it's ready? 

They have a general monthly meeting that usually attracts 100+ people from all different types of experience levels and aspects of real estate as well as some smaller sub group meetings that are more intimate and focused on specific topics.

So, the ROI on the condo is very attractive.
