I complained to the team who sold me the duplexes over the weekend and was told not to worry about the cash-cak money or srap - I am assured that this is being re-done but I sure didn;t have a title deed when my application went in....assuming it di go in of course as I have no proof either way.

Here is how it's actually written in the standard Listing Agreement contract here in Georgia: "If Seller during the Protected Period, as that term is hereinafter defined, sells or contracts to sell Property to any buyer who makes an offer, was introduced to, visited, received information on, inquired about, or otherwise learned of the Property during the agreed upon term of this Agreement, then Seller shall pay the commission referenced above..."
