You contacted Rich Weese and I in the same e-mail soliciting us for real estate articles, offering $5.00 per 400-700 word article - and then solicited us to buy an informational product you said would generate $10,000.00 in a 6 week period. Based on the e-mails of mine and Rich's that you used, it is clear you got this information from Bigger Pockets. I'm going to say two things publicly since you are obviously trolling this forum for information.

1. There is a protocol and a proper etiquette for soliciting both articles and soliciting the sale of a product to people. You have breached this and you have done it by improperly using Josh's intellectual property. When you have no respect for Josh's intellectual property, how are we to believe you will respect ours?

2. Soliciting 400-700 word articles for 5 bucks is pathetic. Attempting to sell us some whiz bang revenue generator while promising us 5 bucks increased how pathetic this is. My time is either free or expensive as hell. If you want to pay me for my time it is $125 an hour with a 7 hour minimum plus all travel expenses for anything relating to estimating and insurance. It is $500 per hour with a 7 hour minimum plus all travel expenses for anything related to real estate investing. I won't quote what Rich's time will cost you but I will suspect it is significant.

We gift our time to Bigger Pockets because we enjoy it and because we generate contacts here for real business. Josh does not pay us for our time and has never offered. It has never been necessary because we are a community of mutual support and contribute here out of choice. If you want to contribute to the community and try to get people to generate content for your separate whatever venture, you can spend time getting to know us and perhaps we will like you and perhaps may give you something separate from our contributions here. If you attempt to buy us, you will pay through the nose. If you attempt to spam us we will call you out publicly.

I was happy to see everyone jump on board this one. Spammers need to realize that we spend so much time fighting each other that if you make yourself our common enemy....you're toast.
