In my area there are people like myself that will take pictures, do virtual tour with facetime or other platform, talk to people, do research on property and other tasks needed for relatively low price.

If you don't know how to do it and it's a bigger task, I'd hire it out as it could end up costing more if it's not done correctly.

The 50% deposit that's usually required is to cover the materials, and you're already doing that.You can divide the job up into tasks if they are doing more than one thing.

I'd recommend laying out the tasks in the order you'd like them performed for finding the lead info and passing that to a VA.

I am smart, ask questions and I am not afraid to learn new things or take on tasks.
