Have you attended any local REIA meetings?

Our first project was also an auction property, i'm curious about what type of auction did you attend?

Some really good deals have came up, though, and we are toying with the idea of buying now, and managing while attending class.

Anyway to keep this post shorter I met with him and he gave me some great information and at the time I was actually transferring to central Wisconsin and he had a friend from the area, Derek Dombeck, so from there I got his contact info and when I transferred the following semester I got ahold of Derek and during that first phone call of talking with him he offered if I wanted to attend a REIA that he was hosting 2 hours away.

I have 2 options available. 1) Attend classes in person (~$1,000) http://www.championsschool.com/real-estate-school/... 2) Online classes (~$500)My question is this - would the recommendation be to attend classes in person or would online courses/study material suffice?
