Beginning of my investment venture!

Hey BPers, my name is Sebastian and I'm super passionate about RE and really want to get started in investing.Currently, i am going through an online course called Your First Million in Real Estate from Clever Investor. I am learning a lot from this course and i am really motivated to start investing in any moment. What is really holding me back is the lack of support from any mentor or experience person. I am looking for an experienced mentor that could help me through this life changing venture.

I'm interested in wholesaling at this moment but open for other strategies later on. I live in the Boston area. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
