I am looking at a new build community that is located less than 2 miles from a major public university (22,000 undergrads). 

I have completed a one year course in university and will be moving onto a 4 year course next year in Cyber Security.

We have a large, strong employment base with the government and university being two of the biggest employers. 

Specifically would love to talk further about any pockets of LI where individuals are seeing below-market opportunities that haven't completely exploded (yet) in price -- possibly anyone involved in student housing investments near some of the local universities; or even government-subsidized housing opportunities on the island.
