First investment financing option
Hello everyone! I am a current student studying finance at the university of Iowa. After graduating I want to purchase a 4plex immediately. With the many financing options, I'm looking for advice on what may be the best.
I have a 747 credit score so traditional loan is an option, i am also a military vet so I have the VA option (available for an investment property because I would live in one unit), and I'm sure many other ideas that I don't know of.
Thank you for any help!
