As a first timer, I have tons of questions on what to expect price wise, and how to do it especially since the property has central air so I have to separate the system into different zones for each apartment to have their own control and for billing purposes.

They have a good understanding of all systems and will be able to give you an overall look at what’s good and bad.

I do suggest you study up on LLCs so that when you do talk to your lawyer you can better describe you r needs and better understand his or her suggestions.

I go through all the details of the property with my clients, and my system will give me replacement cost amount based on the details i input regarding the building.

These stuff often do not depend on the neighborhood Class, but the construction and materials used, and the already used life span of the systems/components itself. 

There are other ways but I like the system that I created for myself.

Much easier process to get through the system. 

The only problem is one of the owners in the shopping center doesn't want it to be self storage and has said he wont change the CC&R to allow it.
