I’ve bought dozens of homes without the aid  of a realtor and even organized the legal aspects of the sale .

As you would expect this can get cumbersome and unweidly trying to organize many different bank accounts and entities and doing it all legally.

This takes time so be really patient with yourself.If you have alot of questions, get organized and attack each one with prioritization.

What are system or app you using for organization, recording etc.?

There's been a lot of changes in the industry and many of us "movers and shakers" are working to legitimize tiny homes (and other alternative style housing) by engaging the authorities having jurisdiction as well as standards creating organizations.

That's why I.am stepping in to help get things organized and structured.

Organization is going to be key.I’m also trying to build a portfolio of investors for wholesaling and fix and flips.

I have a lot of ducks to get in a row first and I want to be successful, so I am trying to organize the systems as much as possible up front.I believe I want my focus to be on single family and small multi family.
