@Candace Postell, you can look up "Tools" > "Fileplace" (top of the screen) regarding the Contract/s you would need.I reckon a better question is: why would you EVER want to find your own Buyer/s, if you're not a Real Estate professional?

The best thing that they offer is the research tools... especially if you don't know where to find it elsewhere.

I went ahead and joined so that I could start using the calc to its fullest extent, as well as have access to more educational tools.

Is there any tools for me to look at the big picture numbers game?

I think they are estimating a sell price of 1.2mm...I have not run any numbers though the calc tool because I don't know enough about cap rates, vacancy, etc.
