I am in the Air Force and was recently transferred to North Carolina.

If it stops working and air conditioning or heating is critical, then an emergency repair is more expensive.  

I do have a goal to read one book a month for the rest of my life and air far so good (I'm only two months in).I'm pretty sure I haven't covered everything in my introduction so if anyone has any questions or has advice to give my eyes and ears are open.

So what I mean is for instance if a house sold with no HVAC system and one that did sell with HVAC/central air sold for 8,000 more that means most likely the appraiser will value the HVAC at 8,000.

The vacant house has had almost no air exchange plus no dehumidification in the form of regular air conditioning.
