@Vera Kearns  There is a lot going on here.1)They cannot force you to use a specific vendor.  2)The machine is a called a dehumidifier3)You likely cannot evict while covid and cdc moratorium is in affect.4)I would offer them cash for keys.

Or go and attend some REIAs in another town - there must be several within a 45 minute drive (when they stop being virtual).

If you have a local real estate Meet-Up (even if just virtual), start making yourself known there -- you will stand out as a teenager, and you may find that your future-oriented perspective opens doors that might be closed to other people. 

I am a wholesaler, but I do virtual wholesaling.

Wondering would it makes sense to get coin operated machines (I see they go for around 2k+) and charge the tenants to wash and dry.Or better to just get a common energy efficient washer and dryer for half or less the price and charge more on the rents about $50 per unit.Every unit has a nice size family of 4 or more people including kids also to add in.

Maybe you know folks in the area who can connect you with local investors or real estate professionals, or maybe there are even local virtual meetups happening now! 

Does anyone know of any virtual meetups for the North Dallas Area?

You can buy machines to do all of those things but they aren't cheap.
