Wondering would it makes sense to get coin operated machines (I see they go for around 2k+) and charge the tenants to wash and dry.Or better to just get a common energy efficient washer and dryer for half or less the price and charge more on the rents about $50 per unit.Every unit has a nice size family of 4 or more people including kids also to add in.
