You seem to be on the opposite track - you keep adding cities, which require knowledge, teams and travel time.

I don't like open kitchens (or the big open space) as sound travels too easily into the surrounding spaces, I know others who love them. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

After taking the time to travel, visit the property (I'm an OOS investor), and the time I've put in on this, you would think out of respect and courtesy I would at least get an email back saying whatever their excuse was (decided they didn't want to sell/ Got a great offer they couldn't pass up, etc.)

But there are not lots of Residents at Troy Beaumont(maybe with OU MEDICAL School established thats different).I sold my FIRST condo I bought in 2013 in 2015 I paid $55k sold it for $86k.

Again - I don't know what your situation is, but mine basically consisted of 1 collection account for $178 from a medical bill, and one credit card that I loaned to an ex-girlfriend, who missed a couple payments, and scant history/trade lines. 

long term i like Raleigh because of the economy there being waited towards medical hence appreciation.

Well, that completely depends on who is traveling to the area to stay at those locations and why are they staying. the HOA's are usually more strict when it comes to condos of course.
