The podcasts are a great place to stay current on the market and learn a ton!

However you have to learn your market to see what kinds of returns are average, good and great.

When selecting roommates or tenants for coliving they must be flexible regarding tenants that you carefully vet in other terms, but gender is something that I've learned the hard way to not consider as a criteria.Let us know how it goes.  

Buy in your local area and learn hands-on how to operate multifamily properties.

I have been in real estate since 2011 and still learning.

Interested in learning more about wholesaling properties without the gimmicks.

I only had 5 days to prepare and learned that if I fought it and lost that if I wasn't out 5 days after the judgement the sheriff would physically remove me.
