Hello BP World-  I'm building a franchised hotel and am currently wondering what people that are in the hotel industry usually use as a down payment.  25% down?  

I am looking for the nest condo-hotel in the US to invest in and maximize both ROI and cash flow. 

A good indicator of whether it will fly or not is if there are hotels or motels, or even other BnB's or guesthouses around.

I am here for work, and pulled my trailer out here bc its cheaper than hotels.  

Rent out at obscene cottage prices for the tourist season, and then at reasonable suite-hotel prices for the rest of the year.For the winter months you could even make it a "corporate rental" scenario where contract consultants and travelling technicians stay in it for 1-8 weeks at a time.

Don't do your first one away from home.Your planning for time and costs will be off, and you don't want to be away from your support networks and you don't want to pay for a hotel and extra living expenses. 

Hey Christopher, I figured it might be a set up for a guru meeting at a hotel or something.

I am interested in multifamily apartment buildings 8-30 units, small shopping centers/strip malls and small hotels.  

When I sold that I flipped a house while working at a hotel.

It's a hotel, so no leases or tenants.
