Just heard about and listened to several bigger pockets podcasts while flying.  I am intrigued about the connections that Joshua and Brandon talk about in the podcasts.

I started out in 1996 with a duplex. When I sold that I flipped a house while working at a hotel. When the hotel sold and I was the manager I thought why couldn't I buy a hotel and do the same thing. so that is when everything took off. we are now in our 5th hotel. (Yes they take a lot longer than a house to flip.) Now I am at the point where I don't want to run a hotel and have other interests. so the question is what's next? lend private money, buy apartment's, build a hotel, buy vacation rentals around the us and virgin islands so I can travel more?  who knows. 

That is why I am here.
