I actually shot a simple video of me in a mask and gloves talking about how we are still buying houses in this crisis and how we have adopted our approach.

I learned about wholesaling through many YouTube videos and became quite obsessed with the topic, I figured I could probably do it my self and do ok but I realized if I want to be great im going to need a mentor someone to teach me the ropes and ins out outs of wholesaling and fix and flips someone with experience who will transform me into a real estate guru I am willing to work hard and show up everyday to learn new things.

Although tenants want specific details about each property, using the above-mentioned site and even YouTube videos are great ways to showcase the property.

This is hard to do now, but you can have the tenants do a SLOW video walk through and have them send it to you.

Hi all, I have four land contract properties in Detroit (out of state investor) for which I need pictures/video.

I'm replying to each that I do get that I'm only doing video tours (I live here now and don't want them to come breathing and coughing all over my house) for now but they will have a chance to tour before signing a lease or forking over any money.
