The car payment is relatively low and so is your interest rate on it so let that ride (pardon the pun) leveraging the bank's money you borrowed for the car loan and put your $ to work for you in another rental.

Have a clear understanding with your property manager.I made a pro forma of the property and it looks very promising.My original plan was to boot strap the renovation with my flips but the market here in Las Vegas is on fire and I need to ride this flip wave for a little longer.I received several code violations from the city of Dayton and I drew some unnecessary attention to myself. 

@Shiloh Lundahl I plan on going in 2021...I'm not quite there yet to justify the $7K, 10 day boat ride haha.

As I've met more people over the years I realize how many of them ride and would love to get a group going.

So having done some research, I've become interested in going out of state Turnkey but I'm a bit daunted by trying to pick a market and a provider from hours (or a plane ride) away.

@Christopher LynchTrying to judge the market is a futile effort, if you are nervous then sell and keep your money, It’s like having money in stocks in a 401k, some people keep it and ride it out others will constantly adjust.
