We will usually comp cleaning fee or give gift cards to local restaurant to comp any legitimate issues.

Contact the notary/title company/lender on the transfer deeds for copies of the Trust.

We've even tried to get the lender to report our on time payments to the credit bureaus but they won't.

I grew up here and for the last 10 years I've worked for a Fortune 200 company in a completely different industry.  

They most assuredly are going to want a police report for this level of damage.

They should be able to point you in the direction of someone local and have an idea of what the cost is.I am buying from a turnkey  company so there is no buying agent.  

I read that companies offering a checkbook IRA LLC set up package cost more than that set up by an(my) attorney or CPA. 

We have only had a few meetings at this point, but I'll report back as I get more experience with them.
