Anyone become a GC and carry insurance to put them on as employees when projects arise? 

I actually, contrary to popular belief think it's better to just keep renting (maybe find a cheaper spot?)

Cleveland is one of the best turnkey market and the most popular for investors because of high rental demand and low cost of entry, property prices are pretty inexpensive here.

I would love to hear from people that have used multiple strategies.Obviously the BRRRR Strategy seems to be fairly popular.

I previously used Guardian which is popular in the area but they informed me they no longer service properties my size.

Too many get allured w house hacking thinking it’s an easy way to create wealth but many forget about the issues that may arise and having landlord/tenant disputes w your neighbor can be an added stress..

I am looking for a way to some how make the tenants liable on a personal basis for any issues that could arise in the future.

No evictions as wellWe think the problems will arise with May and June rents.
