Hired many contractors throughout this project fired most of them and I ended up doing a lot of the work myself but in that I found my passion in woodworking (I'm an artist and truly enjoy creating cool interiors).

Is it really a passion of yours? 

My husband tried real estate very briefly and really didn't like it as a career since his dream is in IT, but he is still passionate about the field.

Being a tax accountant and just recently getting into real estate I kind of have taken a passion of the tax saving strategies that I can now use.  

I could see her passion and emotion while telling me this.  

I am already SEMI-RETIRED because my police retirement covers all my monthly expenses, and work in the real estate space because I have a passion for the business and make good money doing it.Because of my business and flexibility, I will be the ASSET MANAGER of properties we acquire and can travel to other markets if/when necessary, go build relationships with boots on the grounds in markets and put a lot of focus into our investment business and goals.

I have a large collection of tools and don't mind using them, a truck that is great for picking up supplies and delivering them, and a passion for investing like no other.

I'm passionate about learning and growing in this industry, and I believe that a mentor can help me reach my goals faster.One of the unique aspects of my situation is that I get to work all around Utah every day.
