looking for more experience and guidance

Hello BP!

I am looking to donate my time to any experienced flippers out there in any way I can in order to gain more experience and hopefully soak up your knowledge in the mean time. I have prior experience working under a general contractor who did everything from roofing, to framing, to laying tile. I was his carpenter and landscaper so mainly dealt with anything that had wood involved and plants (including design). I currently reside in California in San Jose but own a SFR rental property in Placerville ( in the middle between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe). I have a large collection of tools and don't mind using them, a truck that is great for picking up supplies and delivering them, and a passion for investing like no other. I may not be available all the time at a drop of a dime but I will damn try my hardest to be.
