Orange County reacted differently than the Inland Empire.

I currently stay in the Riverside area but am very familiar with Orange County and pretty much everywhere between Pasadena and Laguna Beach 😂 I've been an ADT installer in that territory for years.

I can't decide between Tampa ,FL or Orange County,Ca .

Now, you can't just pay this ticket, you had to set a court date and the one and only time I did go through that process I was in court next to a guy in an orange jump suit and leg shackles.

My question is can the landlord be only responsible for one visit to paint where ever the tenant want rather than the second trip.I forgot to mention that within that 8 years i found out that the tenant painted their bedrooms orange, pink and blue.
