Hey guys I wanted to hear some opinions on whether I should consider putting my properties into an LLC, or numerous LLCs?

House hacking is a great strategy to get your feet wet in REI.

If your answer is that you own your own home, still buy at least a duplex that is near turn key to get your feet wet and learn the ropes.

I started using a reputable turnkey company to get my feet wet (78k property that rented for $800) and while it was not a gold mine, it was a great starting point.

The very wet basement floor was littered with burnt out fuses.

.- living room has plumbing for a wet bar so we have a PVC pipe sticking a foot out of the wall into nothing.

They have had numerous guest violation where someone was living with them not on the lease for months at a time, plus numerous parking violations and their kids/guests doing prohibited things in common areas.

When you own or have bought numerous investment properties you soon realize that you need to look at the foundation, roof and A/C heater most everything else is not significant to worry about.
