Should an LLC be a no brainer?

Hey guys I wanted to hear some opinions on whether I should consider putting my properties into an LLC, or numerous LLCs? I invest remotely using a property manager in Saint Louis & I am looking for every measure of protection possible for myself. I've obviously got my insurance policy & then another umbrella on top of that so each property is covered up to $2million. I'm just wondering if I should consider an LLC to further insulate myself. What are some things to consider to help make that decision?
